With the way I have it, with the 4th lever in medium, I can get it to stabilize at around 19 C with the recent weather seen in Berlin.

If I want to maintain the tempurature, I usually place it on the middle setting, likewise to heat it up quickly placing it all the way up works, though using the recirculation setting (on the bottom) heats it up gradually while. Usually, after heating it up to an appropriate temp (all 4 levers up, or first 3 up and last down, with full fan), I usually keep the first lever up, the 2nd one down to about 1/5 of the way above the bottom (blue), 3rd one up to the top, and depending on the situation, the 4th one is the one that makes the largest difference. I've driven the SD74 (community made addon) and the SD85 enough to know enough to get reasonable control of the heater, and compared with the i280 (which works a little too well), it's actually pretty simple and great to control after you get used to it.
